These terms apply to purchases of the VIBE Check Career Planner from LSV Coaching Ltd.

1. Product and orders

The VIBE Check Career Planner is a physical product. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided at checkout, including your delivery address, is accurate and complete.

2. UK delivery only

At this time, we only deliver VIBE Check Career Planners to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be processed.

3. Processing and delivery

Orders will normally be processed and dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.

Delivery times are dependent on the postal service and are outside our direct control. We will provide any available tracking information where applicable.

4. Your delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

As your delivery address is entered by you at the point of purchase, LSV Coaching Ltd is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address was provided.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, we will contact you where possible. Any additional postage required to resend the item may be payable by you.

Where an order has been correctly dispatched to the address provided by the customer but cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, LSV Coaching Ltd is not responsible for the failed delivery and cannot guarantee a refund or replacement, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

5. Faulty or damaged products

We want you to be happy with your VIBE Check®. If your planner arrives faulty, damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

6. Cancellations and returns

As this is an online purchase, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to applicable consumer law.

If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact us before returning the product. The product should be returned in an appropriate condition and securely packaged.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under UK consumer law.
