Process: Over 4 months I coached Katy to identify what she wanted her next career chapter to look like and then helped with CV Writing, Interview preperation practice and building her confidence to go networking and turn up to job interviews as her best self.
Results as reported by Katy: We worked together on Discovery, a career change program and it was such an amazing experience! Lucy guided me using various tasks and discussions, challenging me where needed and giving me the tools to make decisions, gain clarity, discover my options and remove the self doubt that had been holding me back.
The outcome of working together has been that I have a new job! One that is far more fulfilling, and aligned with my values and goals. More so, the skills that Lucy equipped me with have enabled me to be constantly thinking about where I want to end up, and have even led to the planning of something I would have never have dreamt of before I went through the Career Coaching.
